Extruded ice cream with tunnel
SD extruded Line tray tunnel is the most complete and versatile line for ice cream production in Yoshiice’s offer. The result of its work are frozen and packed products such as: standard stick extruded ice cream, stickless products(bar&bonbon), ball-top cones, sandwiches, etc.
STANDARD and FUNNY FACE stick ice-cream shape is made by extrusion of ice-cream through appropriate nozzles. Products are cut with heated wire and slices are accurately positioned on conveyor trays. A stick is inserted into the ice-cream during extrusion process, if required. The products on the trays are transported into the hardening tunnel, deeply frozen, picked-up, dipped in to the chocolate (if required) and wrapped to get complete product intended for the market.
